The plan was to just look, get a feel for the market, maybe start seriously searching next spring. But then the perfect home hit the market. Right neighborhood. Right layout. Right price.

It happened to be a slower weekend, and with limited competition, we were able to move strategically and confidently to get under contract

What started as a “someday” turned into keys in hand, proof that sometimes the right home shows up when you least expect it.

Happy Anniversary to my beautiful wife Kim, I can’t believe it’s been 10 years! It feels like it was just yesterday that we said our vows, walked down The Jefferson steps to Frank sings Frank and then danced and sweat (me) the night away with all of our best friends, I never thought I could be happier than I was that night knowing I’d get to spend the rest of my life with you but here I am 10 years later more in love with you than I ever thought was possible. It’s hard to express how lucky and thankful I am to have you in my life, I still can’t believe that I get to spend every day with you…and Wells! I look forward to the next 10 years and all of the years after that! Thank you for being so perfect, I love you more than you’ll ever know. Happy Anniversary!
