“Is now a good time to buy/sell?”
Please stop asking this question.
Not because it’s a bad question—but because the answer depends entirely on what YOU want to do.
A buyer relocating for a new job has different goals than an investor.
A growing family needs something different than an empty nester.
A seller with tons of equity has different options than someone who just purchased a few years ago.
The market isn’t one-size-fits-all.
The better question is:
“What does the right move look like for my specific situation?”
That’s where strategy comes in.
