We look at homes "For Sale" until you find the perfect one for you and your family. We buy it for you. Then you lease it with the option to buy it. You have up to 5 years to decide. It's a year to year lease. If at anytime on your lease date you decide it's not the right area for you to live in, you can leave and your deposit will be returned in full.
