Three houses, three dudes, three completely, three completely different reasons for needing a Realtor, and somehow all three chose our little team to be part of it. That will never not be freaking cool to me.
Their short stories 👇🏼
The first was for a local investor selling off some of his rental inventory. Fun fact: we were neighbors once, so I already knew exactly the kind of guy I was working with. He’s incredibly giving, always doing something cooler than the rest of us, and will casually text you from his SeaDoo on the lake or send fishing pictures while you’re sitting at your desk working. Another investment chapter closed, and I’m always grateful when past clients continue to trust our team with their transactions.
The second was for one of my longtime childhood friends who traded Ridgecrest for bigger, better, and a little more city life about a year ago. His vacation home here had been sitting on the market when he called me and basically said, “What do we need to do to get rid of this thing?” We tanked the price, paid off the solar, decided we weren’t messing around anymore, and got that sucker sold AS-IS in less than three days.
And the third is someone I only recently had the pleasure of meeting. He came through a referral from a previous client, but did his homework and interviewed his fair share of agents before choosing one. I will tell you this man came PREPARED, he had a whole spreadsheet of houses he’d seen, wanted to see, notes, details, the WORKS. I love me some data, so obviously I loved that. He’s one of the most detail oriented people I’ve worked with in a while, which made it even cooler when he chose our team to help him buy his very first home. He scored big with this one!
So grateful for these guys, their trust, the referrals, and a career that lets me be a tiny part of so many different chapters of people’s lives.
