Linda got one of my business cards from a past client at the community yard sale and called me about selling a mobile home that had been in her family since the early 1970s.
She was only in Ridgecrest to settle her brother’s estate and wanted to get back home before another summer in the desert. The catch? The home was built before 1978, wasn’t on a permanent foundation, and she wanted it sold completely AS-IS.
We listed at $100,000, my phone started ringing off the hook, and we accepted a full price offer within a week. No repairs, no moving, mission accomplished.
Congratulations, Linda! Your sense of humor, quick wit, and ability to tell it like it is made every conversation a highlight of my day. I can only hope I’m half as funny and sharp as you are when I grow up.
And a special shout-out to my past clients who passed along my business card at the community yard sale. Referrals are one of the greatest compliments I can receive, and I’m incredibly grateful for every one of them. ❤️
