This one is extra special ❤️

I first connected with these buyers through church—we knew each other, but not all that well. One day they came to me with some questions about buying a home, just wanting to pick my brain a bit. From there, things started to fall into place.

We talked through the process, and they took that first big step—getting pre-approved. Then came the fun (and sometimes challenging) part… house hunting! They had their heart set on one side of town, but as we all know, the market doesn’t always cooperate. Still, we stayed patient and before long, we found the one—a home that truly fits their family perfectly.

Once we entered escrow, we hit a bit of a bump. The lender they originally chose wasn’t very responsive and there were some issues along the way. After talking it through, I connected them with a fantastic local lender who was able to jump in right away. From that point on, everything smoothed out and we were back on track.

This is also such a good reminder—who you choose as your lender matters. Having the right team in place can make all the difference in how smooth and successful the process is.

Today, we closed 🎉

What started as a simple conversation turned into something so much more. I’m incredibly grateful not just to have helped them buy a home, but to have gotten to know them on a deeper level along the way. Being part of this journey and sharing in their excitement has meant so much to me.
