This one is a little special because I helped my client, Josh, purchase this home just about 11 months ago. He originally moved here for work, and then, unexpectedly, his job took him somewhere else.
Sometimes things don’t always work out the way we planned.
In a market where home values have stayed relatively flat, selling a home only 11 months after purchasing it was definitely going to be a challenge. We knew we wanted to do everything we could to make sure Josh didn’t take a big loss.
