SOLD in Ridgefield!

These first-time homebuyers officially have the keys to their new home, with just enough time to get settled before their baby arrives.

They found me through Google and chose me because of my Ridgefield roots and local knowledge. With their apartment lease ending and a baby due soon, we had a tight timeline and an important wish list: three bedrooms, a den, a big backyard, and nearby trails for family walks.

We found the right home, negotiated closing-cost assistance, a rate buydown, and even a lot of the furniture and garage tools.

🎉 Under Contract in Ridgefield! 🎉

I’m so excited for these first-time homebuyers, who are expecting a baby in just two months! With their apartment lease ending at the end of this month, they were working with a tight timeline to find the right home. 🍼🏠

They found me through Google and chose me because of my knowledge and deep roots in Ridgefield—which made helping them find a home here even more special!

Their wish list included three bedrooms, a den, a big backyard, and nearby trails for family walks. We found a home that checks all those boxes, and their offer was accepted! 🌳🚶‍♀️

We were also able to negotiate closing-cost assistance and a rate buydown, with closing currently scheduled for the 31st. There are still a few important steps to complete before they receive the keys, but we’re officially under contract and moving in the right direction! 🔑

I’m so happy to be guiding them through this exciting chapter and helping them get closer to having a home of their own before their little one arrives.

📍 These wonderful folks moved from Corvallis and were on the hunt for a well-kept, updated home with a small yard, close to family. Our weekend home tours led to a delightful surprise – a brand-new townhouse they can personalize with all the features they love, completely move-in ready with brand new roof, appliances, and systems! 🏠✨

🔑 This gem wasn’t even on their radar, but with local knowledge and a bit of serendipity, I suggested we check it out on a whim. It turned out to be "the one"! The process wasn’t without its hiccups – slight delay in the build – but the builder stepped up, covered extra Airbnb fees, and smoothed it all out. 🙌
