It’s a GOOOOOD day today!!!! Listed a property in Danbury this morning and tomorrow, no joke, the first day of showings, is PACKED all day - at least 25 showings so far!!! My phone has been ringing off the hook!! That’s what happens when you price things right. 😊 This home is priced to sell, needs work and offers a fabulous opportunity for someone to move into Danbury. Elbow grease needed for this one!! Then…brought two clients to senior living communities to tour, both LOVED what they saw and BOTH DEPOSITED!!! Woohoo!!!! LOVE being busy and LOVE what I do!!! Have seniors that need assisted living? I will help find them the best community out there. Have a house to sell? Want to buy? Rent? I do that, too!!! And I LOVE referrals!! Always so much fun at the Newtown Senior Center. Today I brought a nice lite delish lunch that everyone truly enjoyed (these wraps are made with raspberry cream cheese - yum!) AND I brought along my FABULOUS office manager from Howard Hanna Rand Realty. After first talking about my business, “TLC Senior Living Services”, I shared a bit about my 19 plus years of experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. I then asked Barry London to share some of the specifics regarding the current market. He was FABULOUS and so engaging!!! We went OVER our time allotted and no one was leaving! What a great time and I loved knowing that the information we brought along and shared was not only educational but truly interested everyone there and encouraged active participation. Thank you, Wendy, for having me in today!!!!!! Always always a wonderful time and I truly can’t thank Barry enough - he is one of the main reasons I joined Howard Hanna Rand Realty!!!
