Inventory is increasing but in selective markets. As said many times before, a home priced right will get the attention and they will move but; that may not necessarily apply in all price points and locations. If you haven't read my prior posts, buyers are discerning. They know what they want and when that house come along they will react accordingly but, they won't settle. While inventory continues to remain low there is room for more listings.
