The BEST part of having my clients purchase 40 Hillside in Danbury was working seamlessly with Rachel Nolan Halas of Keller Williams (representing the sellers). Rachel was my student at WCSU back in the 90s, had a storied career as a detective with the Danbury PD for 20+ years (recently retired), and has been a regular guest speaker for my classes for decades.
