Being with Cierra, who works for the Humane Society has given me a deep appreciation for the vital work they do in supporting animals that are surrendered or taken into care. I am pleased to contribute to their mission by pledging 5-10% of my commission to the Humane Society for Southwest Washington, helping to improve the lives of these animals, one closing at a time.

I had a great time working with Justin Zakariassen and Forest Bailey today. We worked on some awesome videos for our marketing in terms of helping our clients understand who we are, and what sets us apart.

My goal is to create videos that help explain the multitude of steps when buying/selling a home. This will be a perfect tool for my clients to have video reference for. I'll be excited to post what we recorded today! As for now, here is a sneak peak of us working hard

It's been a busy month, but I am now officially ready to start taking on clients!

Why now and not before? Let me explain.

I wanted to be well educated on how the market has changed since I was last a Realtor, and I wanted to do things differently. This time around, I want to have immense value to anyone wanting to hire me for buying/selling. I took multiple educational classes, met with premier agents to discuss what works and what doesn't.

I have created my own website for people to see who I am, and it's modernized with my personal touch. Everything on that website was created by me (even the photos being used). Mobile site is still being refined.

I have created personal questionnaire's for buyers to fill out so when looking for a home we pin down EXACTLY what you're looking for. No more guessing, or getting homes you feel is not even close to your vision.

I am creating a social media platform through Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, full of statistics, questions, concerns and what's even going on nationally (soon to come). If you are buying a selling a home, it all effects YOU!

I have created multiple templates for marketing your home when listed, along with providing all the necessary tools (photos, Matterport scans, floorplans, videos, drone photos, landing pages, farming postcards, boosted social media ads).

When someone hires me, I never want them to question if I am working 100% for them or if they are not being represented to the fullest extent. Hopefully this leads in the building of relationships over time, both professional and personal.

Now, let's sell some homes!

It's custom made and tailored to how I plan to run my business and be the most effective Realtor I can be for YOU!

🔑 I'm so excited to have this finished and be able to share this...I couldn't stand the template site you get from John L. Scott (although it's great for starting out). My mission is to stand out, and this is step 1!
