With more than three decades of technology leadership experience, Urmila has a proven track record of leveraging technology to enable business growth, scale, and operational excellence. She brings expertise in AI-driven innovation and automation, enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and business intelligence.

The decisions we make as a company reflect our priorities, and we have an exciting decision to share! Our team is the heart and soul of our work, and we’re thrilled to announce that we are prioritizing their growth and wellbeing by hiring our first-ever Chief People Officer, Courtney Mumford. Courtney was most recently leading the people team at Montage Palmetto Bluff for over 10 years.

Great home design is the result of a deliberate, multi-layered, multi-step process. The ultimate test of this process is our on-site Prototype Walk, which occurs at the Framing Stage of construction. It’s here where we meet as a team: Architects, Production/Sales/Purchasing/Corporate Leadership to conduct a final, comprehensive design review. Walking the actual frame of the home, with some mechanical elements installed, ensures that our high standards for craftsmanship and livability are fully realized and that they’re consistent with the digital effort that preceded on-site construction.

We’ve found great success in this process and believe it’s something that sets us apart here at Front Light Building Company where our mission is to set a new standard in building and development. Take a look at some photos from a recent prototype walkthrough!
