🌟Camoyri

In March, a few Seniors from Northwest Rankin High School visited The Academy. Camoyri was in that group of students. After the presentation, she immediately knew that she was interested in real estate. We talked briefly before they left, but I had no idea that I'll see her in class in just a few months. What a pleasant surprise 😊.

Camoyri enrolled in our August class, and she is excelling; now on her way to becoming a professional real estate agent 🙌🏾.

I'm learning to do this more and more, in every area of life.

I would spend so much time trying to figure out the entire plan, that I wouldn't make a move. I wanted to know how it would all come together before I started. But if I knew every detail and how it would all work out, I wouldn't exercise my faith. I want to move in faith because I know that pleases GOD. So I'm learning to do my part (the natural): Pray, Prepare, Move in Faith. GOD will do HIS part (the supernatural).

You may not know how it will all come together. DO THE WORK ANYWAY!

☀️Today, Raven Williams and I visited a couple of properties. First, we attended a REALTOR®️ Open House in Westlake. A REALTOR®️ Open House gives the listing agent the chance to market a property specifically to other agents as a preview. Other agents may have buyer-clients looking in the area, and they can tell their clients all about it. It's one way that we stay present in the market and keep the market moving. It's also an opportunity for agents to stay connected with each other and share business.
Next, we visited Woodgate in Canton. Raven is working on something big and trying to find the perfect place. Stay tuned...she'll tell you all about it.

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of teaching my new class, Beyond the License, to this awesome group of REALTORS®️.

Kori Roby & the agents of Roby Realty made this class extremely fun. They fully engaged & participated in class. What I enjoyed the most was their passion about real estate & their desire to be really good agents.

Great job, Kori! I'm excited to watch this brokerage grow.
