What can I do to appeal to more buyers is a great question to ask when inventory is high and the buying pool is low.

Competition is real. We get comfy in our homes.
As a seller is there something your home offers that you hadn't considered before? Does the flow need to change?
Are there easy updates to be made?
Swap a bedroom into an office or visa versa, add a reading nook?
The point is to step back and be the observer.
