It is located within walking distance to storm shelters for extra safety. It is about 10 minutes from Corinth and 15 minutes from Booneville on Mitchell Hill Road. This is not a pet-friendly property. No smoking permitted inside the home. It is located in both Kossuth and Biggersville school districts.

This property rents for $200 weekly with a $750 move-in fee. It has a one year lease upon application approval and background check. First week's rent and move-in fee due upon signing.
