The bipartisan 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act has officially become law, marking one of the most significant federal housing policy achievements in decades.

This landmark legislation addresses one of the primary forces driving today’s housing affordability crisis: America simply has not built enough homes.

The new law brings together nearly 50 housing reforms designed to:

✔ Expand America’s housing supply
✔ Reduce unnecessary regulatory barriers and streamline permitting
✔ Encourage modular and manufactured housing
✔ Improve access to mortgage financing
✔ Strengthen rural housing programs
✔ Support veterans and promote VA home loan benefits
✔ Help more Americans pursue the dream of homeownership
