The doors are open, the grills are hot, and after 21 years of building WingNutz Bar and Grill into what it is today, we're ready to welcome someone new behind the counter.

WingNutz is officially listed for sale, but we are not going anywhere just yet. We'll be open and operating throughout the process, serving the same community that has supported us for more than 2 decades.

Now we're looking for the next champion, someone ready to step in, carry it forward, and pick up right where we left off.

Thinking about moving to Western Colorado?

This week I hiked Devil's Canyon in Fruita with a local friend. I could find the trailhead, follow a map, and probably make it back to the parking lot.

The Colorado housing market isn’t dead… it’s just different.
The 2020–2022 real estate market in Rifle, Glenwood Springs, New Castle, and across Garfield County felt like a feeding frenzy. Low inventory, low interest rates, and buyers competing for everything.
Today’s market is quieter. Buyers have more options. Homes take longer to sell. Strategy, pricing, negotiation, and marketing matter more than ever.
And honestly… that’s not always a bad thing.
Also, if you’ve never stopped at the Rifle Fish Hatchery on your way to Rifle Falls, Rifle Mountain Park, Rifle Gap, or the Flat Tops… it’s worth the visit.
