The Colorado housing market isn’t dead… it’s just different.
The 2020–2022 real estate market in Rifle, Glenwood Springs, New Castle, and across Garfield County felt like a feeding frenzy. Low inventory, low interest rates, and buyers competing for everything.
Today’s market is quieter. Buyers have more options. Homes take longer to sell. Strategy, pricing, negotiation, and marketing matter more than ever.
And honestly… that’s not always a bad thing.
