We are building 8 T-hangars at the Rigby airport (U56), and estimate completion in late November or early December. Hangar specs:

42’ wide x 12’ tall
Power doors
Insulated
Heated with Natural Gas
LED lighting
Southeast side of the airfield

$125,000 each - 4 of the 8 hangars are available now for pre-buy for only $105,000 each.
