How's the market? January is my FAVORITE time to take buyers out. Less buyer competition. That said, I looked at the available homes for sale in Ringwood today, and we remain 800% down from pre-Covid numbers. On most days in 2019, if you looked up the available listings in Ringwood, New Jersey, you would find about 80 homes listed for sale. Today, there are 10 homes listed for sale in the Garden State Multiple Listing System - one of the go-to look up sites for Realtors.

Don't get me wrong, there are some cute homes for sale in Ringwood today, and I look forward to previewing them. But my six-and-a-half years as a local Realtor living in Skyline Lake says that it would be a serious understatement to say that there is definitely room for more homes for sale. If you have had the natural thought over winter break "hey, I wonder what my home is worth in this market" or you would like to know what selling your current home might mean for you financially, I would recommend you reach out to me to get a home value estimate.
