THINK YOU NEED 20% DOWN TO BUY A HOME?🏡 Not necessarily.

One of the biggest myths in real estate is that you need a huge down payment to get started. In reality, many buyers qualify with as little as 3% down, and plenty purchase with less than 10% down. You'll also want to budget for closing costs, which are typically around 2–5% of the purchase price.

✅ Rough estimate: Most buyers need somewhere between 7–15% of the purchase price upfront.
