The 2026 NMREC Core Course reviews key issues related to water and real estate, including how to handle transactions involving water rights. Brokers will gain insight into solar rights, solar access, and easements, and how they can impact property ownership and use.

The course also covers current frauds and scams, with a focus on prevention strategies, consumer protection red flags, and appropriate next steps when issues arise.
