Between the dog chasing after the cat and the BUG 🪰 flying into my mouth… this clip deserves its own post with all the chaos happening in less than 30 seconds 😂😂

Also does anyone know how to train my dog to not chase after the cat? They get along well, she’s never aggressive with the cat. I’m fine with them being around each other. But as soon as that cat is done playing and takes off, Penelope locks in and stops listening to me. She thinks it’s a game, but that game is getting old 🙄

You heard that right!! ☔️RAIN OR SHINE, IT’S REAL ESTATE TIME!!☔️

Truthfully, it’s good to see a property when it’s not always the best weather conditions especially rain because then you can see if there’s any wet spots, spots that hold water, possible flooding or anything like that! so sometimes it’s a good idea to look at properties before, after or during the rain.

So, my friend Cass is in from veterinarian school for the summer and we have created a

☀️Summer of fun to do list!☀️

✅ Today’s item on the list was to get some flower pots, go to a few local Green houses and pick out some flowers to make our own arrangements! 🌺

We want to try as many new things as possible. My motto for this Summer is the good old ”work hard, play hard!”

So with today we had
-100% work
-40% flower planting
-20% of me and Bree arguing
-And 100% fun!

Any ideas of new activities for us to try this summer?? Please, let us know!! 😁
