I hope this video finds that sweet lady who stoped me today and told me I bring her joy! ♥️

As someone who does not have a large following on social media, it brings me joy when people recognize me out in public!

I’ve started posting more in hopes to connect with more people in my area/ WV to grow my Real Estate business, and I have seen the fruits from it!

Thank you to every who follows me on Facebook, tik tok, instagram, and the ones who have found me on here and asked me to help with selling their home or looking for a new one!

If you see me out and about please feel free to say Hi! Every compliment makes me want to push harder, do more and I love knowing that I have helped brighten someone’s day just by a silly little real estate video. 😊

Thank you!
✨Stay Blessed! ✨

Where’s my patio/ porch people at? I can’t be the only one who just loves sitting outside. I can literally sit out here for hours just looking at the grass, listening to nature and I’ll be happy as a clam. 🍁🌾

Rain, rain and more rain. ☔️ My muck boots have put in the WORK these past few months😂 This Realtor needs a break from the rain ☔️

This past weeks has been CRAZY 🤪 between Real Estate and life, so here are some photos from the life part.
The real estate portion has mostly been contracts and negotiations, so I’d hate to bore you all with that.

✨Stay Bessed ✨

This lock box needs a warning label and an instruction manual! 🚨
Never in my life have a seen such a thing!😂

I going to be honest, I had to call the listing agent and said “I have no clue how to use this thing!”

I have never used a lock like this in my life.

Did we get it figured out… yes. Would I want to do it again…. No!

I’m all for using different type of lock boxes, but could we stick with the 4 digit number codes you just put in a line, please?

Definitely made me laugh, and now a core real estate memory! (The time a lock box had me lost for words) 😂
