I am pleased to announce that after 18 years working as a top producer for RE/MAX Executive in Ripon, I have started my own, independent, boutique brokerage firm. Although my home office base is still primarily in Ripon, I also have a workspace at our family farmhouse located on Union Road in Manteca for group meetings and conferences. The goal of my new business is to create a unique, modern, client-based approach to customer service. Here is what you need to know to keep the celebrations both fun and lawful:

🎆 Safe and Sane Fireworks
Per City Ordinance, the sale and discharge of "Safe and Sane" fireworks are allowed from noon on June 28 through midnight on July 4. Any fireworks that fly, explode, or lack the official "Safe and Sane" label are strictly illegal to own or use.

🏡 Property Owner Responsibility
Please remember that residents and property owners can be cited if illegal fireworks are set off on or from their property. Our ultimate goal is community safety—not issuing citations—so we greatly appreciate your cooperation in keeping things respectful and legal.

🐾 Safety Tips
• Kids: Never let young children handle fireworks without close adult supervision.
• Pets: Keep your pets safely indoors. Loud noises can cause severe anxiety and tempt them to run away.

👮 Increased Patrols
To ensure a peaceful holiday for everyone, additional officers will be out on patrol to address public safety concerns and enforce illegal firework violations.
