Hey everyone, I figured it was time to properly introduce myself and share a little more about who I am, what I’m passionate about, and why I do what I do.
I’m Tori Turpin, owner of Turpin Real Estate Group. I’m a husband, a proud father of four, a traveler, a real estate nerd, and someone who loves building a life centered around family, hard work, and community.
My wife and I, after both being born and raised in Colorado, now live on a small homestead in the valley of Rising Fawn, Georgia, where we’re raising our kids, growing food, tackling endless projects, and enjoying the slower pace of life while still being close to everything Chattanooga has to offer.
I primarily serve the greater Chattanooga and North Georgia area, including Hixson, Signal Mountain, Soddy Daisy, Ooltewah, Jasper, Fort Oglethorpe, Ringgold, Chickamauga, Trenton, and of course, my own backyard Rising Fawn.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping many families buy and sell homes while charging the traditional 3%+ listing fee. I always worked hard to provide an exceptional experience - professional marketing, constant communication, strong negotiation, and doing everything I could to go above and beyond for my clients.
But over time, I found myself asking one important question: “How can I provide even MORE value for the people who trust me with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives?”
The answer was simple, I wanted my clients to keep more of their hard-earned equity while still receiving the same high level of service they deserve.
That’s why I made the decision to shift my business model to a $5,000 flat listing fee.
Now, I want to be clear, this is NOT a discount service.
This is a full-service real estate experience. Professional photography, strategic marketing, pricing guidance, high-level negotiation, contract management, and everything you’d expect from a traditional listing agent… just with a more transparent fee structure designed to help you keep more money in your pocket.
Now, I’ll be the first to admit… there is one small catch with this change.
By lowering my fee, I’m going to have to help A LOT more people and families successfully buy and sell homes to keep this train moving.
