With the Trump administration removing DEI programs throughout the federal government, things are going to be a little difficult. The PAVE program with HUD has been shut down, and I'm looking into the Reconsideration of Value program with Fannie Mae. I'm not sure if it's been shut down as well, but once I found out where does it stand I'll let you know.

With that being said MBA Appraisal Services, Inc is here to help you navigate these new changes. We are expanding our appraisal review program to include assistance with reconsideration of value. As Fannie Mae increases the Appraisal Waiver program, it reminds me of the real estate market in 2003 and 2004. Lender's were doing 125% LTV loans. This was the beginning of the great recession.
