I am a Realtor in the Greater Tampa Bay Area that loves to bring my energy, integrity, hard work, and creative marketing skills into every detail of your real estate transaction. With over 18 years of experience in marketing and sales in the senior housing industry, I combine my strong negotiation skills and marketing expertise to get the results my clients expect with compassion and hospitality driven customer service to make each experience pleasant and rewarding. With service to seniors as my passion, I continue to specialize in the Senior Housing Industry as a Certified SRES, Seniors Real Estate Specialist. As a SRES, I am a trusted advisor with the knowledge and network to continue to help Boomers, Seniors and their families through the financial and emotional process of transition planning and selling a home; including movers, packers, estate sale organizations and more. I am known to decorate the models of luxury communities and have the creativity and eye to stage your home so it will sell quickly and for the best price. Originally from Syracuse, New York, I moved to Florida almost 20 years ago seeking sunshine and our beautiful beaches. My husband and I are raising two amazing children in the New Tampa, Wesley Chapel area and am an active and proud member of the Greater Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce. I believe in my community and love to serve it; not only by starting up cutting edge assisted living communities such as The Legacy at Highwoods Preserve, but by being a 14 year member of the Greater Federation of Woman’s Clubs and volunteer for Operation Helping Hand, serving our Veterans, as well as a Support Group Facilitator for the National Alzheimer’s Association. I am is passionate about everything that I do and would love to be of service to you whether you are a first time home buyer, buying your dream home, downsizing, relocating, selling, or adding investment property to your portfolio.
