Re-introducing myself.

Cynthia here from Southern California. My husband & I have been on this real estate investment journey for a little over a year and it has been a ride.

On our first year we primarily focused on learning before jumping into a big project. My background is in risk so I have a need to KNOW. We can now confidently say we have learned as much as we can (not everything as things will always change) & just need to apply our learnings.

Our why is simple: financial independence

Our vision is so much more than that: we want to improve our local communities by updating homes in neighborhoods & providing jobs to members in our communities which, in turn, will help keep our communities safe for our families.

How are you showing up today?

Everything we do impacts the life we want to have.

We are constantly reading to remind us on how to set habits that will benefit our future. We start with small changes. We look at where we want to be and break it down to the smallest goal and work on repeating that. It’s not rocket science but it’s also not easy or else we would all be successful, right?

What do you do to be successful?

We have to invest in ourselves. If that means we send out direct mail to people with vacant homes, in preforeclosure, etc., spend our Friday night placing bandit signs around the city, or hiring cold callers to identify new leads, we will do it.

We have to mind our business.
