22 yrs to the day this article came out. Of course being grateful wasn’t something on my radar back then. If anything I took family and situations for granted. Looking back now I’m grateful that my parents raised us here in Greenwich where I’ve met many wonderful people and have conserved many good friendships. I’m grateful for you! I hope you all enjoyed the day surrounded by loved ones. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Interesting read..... In speaking with many investor clients recently, many are holding off on buying and rehabbing because of costs yet THE LARGEST US LANDLORD is ready to deploy up to $1.8B to increase their rental portfolio.
