Last week, EGA Homes had the opportunity to host The Compass Within: Navigating Your Best Year, a strategy-focused seminar and networking session for local real estate professionals.

Held at the Inland Valleys Association of Realtors in Riverside, the event brought together agents for an open and thoughtful discussion around values, vision, and intentional business planning as we move into 2026. The focus was not on sales or tactics, but on clarity, alignment, and building sustainable strategies that support long-term success.
