Breaking! The House and Senate came to a bicameral Tuesday afternoon to advance a landmark housing deregulation bill. It’s a major breakthrough moment for the 119th Congress after months of false starts!!
The final deal has support from all corners of Capitol Hill’s financial policy committees. The Senate cleared an initial procedural vote Tuesday night on the final version of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, 87-8. House passed it already 396-13. This is an amazing win that has been supported throughout by our NAR advocacy team National Assoc. of REALTORS® We were there advocating.
