This Big Bear Lake cabin had been in the family for many years and held so many special memories. When the difficult decision was made to sell, we got to work with strong marketing and were able to secure a buyer within just three days.

Every now and then, we have listings that sell just before going live in the MLS. This particular home sold to a buyer who wanted to live close to his family. They also wanted to put in their own sweat equity and save the seller from making the repairs; both sides agreed, and the deal was struck. Don't get me wrong, I did need to help quite a bit along the way to make sure the deal closed, but we got it done, and everyone was satisfied in the end. Score!! ♥️ 😃
