**Attention California Home Buyers: Important Update Starting August 17th**

Starting August 17th, Realtors will no longer be able to show you a home without a signed agreement. This change means that you must have a signed agreement with your Realtor before they can unlock the door for you.

This new requirement by the National Association of Realtors involves signing a Buyer Representation Agreement or any written agreement to show a property. The Buyer Representation Agreement outlines the relationship between you and your Realtor, including their duties, responsibilities, and commitment to assist you in buying a home. It also clearly states how your Realtor will be compensated for their services, ensuring transparency and avoiding any surprises later on.

Please understand that this change is mandatory for all Realtors, and we don’t have a choice in the matter. Your local Realtors are here to help and support you through this process, so please be patient and considerate if they ask you to sign an agreement before showing you a home.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation with all these upcoming requirements.
