Both of us and all of our staff are bilingual in English and Spanish. Together, we have organized numerous no-cost seminars for other Real Estate professionals and prospective homeowners, focusing on the advantages of federal and state programs that benefit low-to-moderate income families with down payment assistance. Apart from helping our fellow real estate professionals, we have counseled countless families in home ownership, credit and financial literacy, and helped them achieve the American dream of home-ownership alongside emphasizing the need and offering ‘in person’ counseling and education.
