3. How many buyers are you working with right now?
4. If I hire you, will I be working with you?
5. Can I cancel our agreement if it’s not working?
6. How does your commission affect what you show me?

Things you should do:

1. Read their testimonials
2. Do your own research
3. Make sure you enjoy your real estate agent & their sales & negotiation style

The right agent will have real answers to all of these not talking points.
