Our normal turnaround time on reports is two to three days from the date of inspection, but same day service is available if necessary. We are very proud of our reputation for integrity, reliability, and excellence. Each appraisal is completed utilizing the most current data available. We are approved with a majority of the major lenders in the areas that we service. In addition, we are also members of the MLS services which allows us to access all the information needed to quickly provide our clients with a complete and thorough appraisal report. As an additional service, we use this access to provide our clients with complimentary value checks when requested.
