This week the median list price for Riverside, CA is $673,450 with the market action index hovering around 89. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 84. Inventory has held steady at or around 156.

Home sales continue to outstrip supply and the Market Action Index has been moving higher for several weeks. This is a Seller’s market so watch for upward pricing pressure in the near future if the trend continues.

What an amazing feeling to help this lady with a big heart get her own place for herself and her babies 🥰. It wasn’t easy but we were a team and we pushed thru! Met this lady early 2021 showed her some homes and then she decided to move to Arizona 😳🤦🏻‍♀️, but it was ok, I wished her luck and within months she called me back and said “Katya please help me, I decided not to move!” Found her a home and 30 days later, a buyers worst nightmare occurred, lender said she didn’t qualify! WHAT??? Made some calls and in 12 days we were closed with the help of an awesome lender!! James Gross/Franklin Loan Center.
