After 3 failed contracts, the 4th offer was the one. 🎯 As if that wasn’t enough, my seller’s loan was transferred to a new lender just days before closing. 🤯

But through concise communication, patience, and persistence and shortly after receiving a short sale approval we finally closed… 🎉

Not every deal is pretty, glamorous, or “LUXURY.” But when my clients come to me with a goal, I show up with a plan and we make it happen.

My clients inherited a family home that needed MAJOR WORK. From day one, I mapped out a strategy to get it market-ready. We leveraged the Compass Concierge Program, allowing them to replace the HVAC with no upfront cost—paid at closing. Game changer💯💪🏾.

We received multiple offers… but only 4 seemed solid but 3 ended up cancelling due to the amount of Reno work needed😭😤. My sellers were discouraged, but I kept them focused.🙏🏾

We pivoted, secured a cash buyer, took a calculated risk with an investment group I’ve never heard of and got it CLOSED 🙌! All within 80 days on market.
