Simple Math! Buying a $475,000 home is around a $3650/mo all in payment. 5% down and asking the seller to pay your closing costs - you'll need just over $25,000 for the downpayment/Insurance Premium and inspection costs.

Buying a $325,000 home is around a $2600/mo all in Payment. 3.5% down (FHA) is about $15000 needed for closing.

VA requires 0% down and sellers are paying closing costs! Slightly lower payment than listed above!

I was so excited to take my family and one of Presley’s soccer teammates to the Chelsea v Arsenal game last night!
We had such a great time and I got to teach them more about soccer while we watched these professional athletes work the soccer field. They were blown away and so was I.

Buyers! Buyers! Buyers!!

We received full closing costs for our client who's purchasing a home from an investor.
I will do a more insight video on what to look for but when you're buying a house especially in a market that has a lot of inventory know that when an investor owns a house even though they want to make top dollar they also want to get out before things get worse depending on how many days on the market you could have more of an advantage as a buyer!!
