Every listing I represent starts with a relationship….. a friend, neighbor, past client, or trusted business connection; and this closing is another reminder that how you treat people matters.

I was introduced to these sellers through an agent I worked with nearly four years ago. Although she’s no longer in real estate, she remembered how I treated her when she was a newer agent in Tampa, and years later, when her colleague needed a listing agent, she gave them my name❤️

This beautiful home had one major challenge: it was competing against the builder’s new home center just a few blocks away.
