Congratulations to my friend Dana McKay on being featured in Slaying St. Petersburg!

📖Dana’s story, “She Picked Me,” is a wonderful reminder that even accomplished women experience moments of self-doubt, sometimes we have to step back and realize we’re actually living the dreams we once imagined👏

This was the perfect beach read, filled with inspiring stories of extraordinary women who live, work, lead, and make an impact throughout St. Petersburg and the Greater Tampa Bay area.

Never underestimate the impact of a small act of kindness. And in case no one has reminded you lately… you are SOUP-ERB! 🥰

Regardless of how you spell it, there’s something special about doing a little something for someone when they least expect it.

A thoughtful surprise doesn’t have to be big or elaborate to make a difference in someone’s day. Sometimes it’s simply knowing that someone thought of you. 🤍

🏡 Building Their Future While Living in the Present ❤️

One of the things I love most about what I do is getting to be there for my clients when they can’t be here themselves.

Many of my clients are relocating to Florida from out of state. They’re still living their everyday lives, working, packing, selling their current homes, and preparing for a major move, while here in Florida, their future is literally being built.

I know how exciting that is, but I also know how hard it can be to experience such a special milestone from hundreds or even thousands of miles away.

Throughout the construction process, I make it a priority to visit, take photos, share updates, and help my clients feel connected to their new home every step of the way.

Because when you’re selling a home, preparing for a move, and building a new life in another state, there’s already enough to manage. You shouldn’t have to wonder what’s happening with your new home or miss the excitement of watching it come together.

That’s why I make it personal. 💙

There’s no greater feeling than sharing the progress of watching a lot become a home. 🏡❤️

Today, it may look like concrete, plumbing, and the beginning of a foundation. But every one of these small construction updates represents another step toward something much bigger.

Soon, walls will rise. Rooms will begin to take shape. And eventually, this construction site will become the place where someone comes home at the end of the day, celebrates milestones, gathers with family and friends, and creates memories.

These small updates lead to something everlasting.

This is one of my favorite parts of helping clients build new construction: getting to share the journey from the ground up and watching their vision become their HOME.
