Some home-buying stories start with a showing. This one started with YouTube. ❤️

Jenae and Amari had been dreaming about relocating their family from New York to Tampa Bay. While doing their research, they found our channel, loved that we're a husband-and-wife team, and eventually reached out. That's where this journey began.

Back in July, Jenae came down for her first visit with her sister and brother, just to explore. We toured SouthShore, talked through communities, and started figuring out where their family could see themselves putting down roots.

Last weekend, she came back with Amari and her sister to help them finalize their decision. This time, things got real. 🏡

We toured several homes, but there was one in Ruskin that felt different from the moment they walked in. The location was right. The community was right. The space was right. And the backyard sealed it. 🌱❤️

Jenae is an urban farmer, so outdoor space wasn't just a wish list item. It was essential. It's what would turn this house into their home.

And this move is about so much more than four walls. Jenae and Amari are bringing their two little ones to Florida, and finding the right school for their kids was just as important as finding the right home. She found one in Riverview she loves, and that piece of the puzzle made everything feel right. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️

After a weekend full of home tours, big conversations, and lunch at one of our favorite Thai spots in Riverview, they sat with it all and knew. This was the one. ❤️

Jenae and Amari are officially UNDER CONTRACT on their first home! 🎉🔑

A family of four, trading New York winters for Florida sunshine and a brand new chapter. They wanted to be in Florida before the holidays, and they are so close to making that happen. 😂☀️🌴

What started with them watching our videos from across the country has turned into one of the most meaningful journeys we've been part of as agents. We're so grateful they trusted us with this.

WE HIT 350,000 YOUTUBE VIEWS! 🎉🥳

This one is pretty special to us.

When we started creating videos, the goal was simple: share Tampa Bay, show people what it's really like to live here, tour homes and communities, and hopefully make the process a little easier for anyone thinking about buying or relocating here.

Now our Viva Tampa YouTube channel has officially passed 350,000 views! 🤯

The coolest part isn't just the number. It's meeting people who tell us they've been watching our videos for months, sometimes from hundreds or thousands of miles away, and then reach out when they're ready to make their move.

Those videos have connected us with several families we've had the privilege of helping relocate to Tampa Bay. What started as a conversation in the comments or a message in our inbox turned into house hunting, closing days, and new beginnings here in Florida. Being part of that journey is what this has always been about. 🏡

Last week we had such a great time touring homes around Tampa Bay with Grant & Sandra, who found us through YouTube all the way from Kentucky! ❤️🏡

We toured some beautiful homes, grabbed lunch together, talked about their future plans, and just genuinely enjoyed getting to know them. They are such great people, and we’re excited for the day when they’re ready to make the move and we get to help them find the perfect place to call home here in Tampa Bay.

One of our favorite things about what we do is meeting people who first find us through our videos and eventually become our clients. Somehow, we keep attracting some of the BEST people, and we’re incredibly grateful for it. 🙏🏽

The home tours are only part of the journey. ❤️🏡

Over the past month, we’ve had the opportunity to help Harold & Darling navigate their home-buying journey, touring different homes and areas throughout Tampa Bay.

Along the way, we’ve shared laughs, had some great conversations, learned so much about them and their family, and developed a genuine level of comfort with one another.

That’s one of our favorite parts of what we do. It’s not just about opening doors and touring houses. It’s about getting to know the people we’re helping, understanding what matters to them, and being there to guide them through the process.

And after all those tours, we found the one. 🏡🔑🙌🏽

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉🔑

About a month ago, our good friend Eddie referred Harold and Darling to us to help them find a home in Tampa. Referrals mean so much to us. When someone says, "I know someone I trust to help you," we never take that lightly.

The first time we met Harold and Darling, they brought their young son along. He was shy for about five minutes, then he was right there with us, the cutest little guy. We walked away from that meeting already looking forward to the next one. ❤️

Over the past month, we toured homes, weighed options and talked through every question along the way. Somewhere in there, they stopped feeling like clients and started feeling like friends. That's one of our favorite parts of what we do.

And now… WE'RE UNDER CONTRACT! 🙌🏽🏡
