5 things nobody tells you about forbearance:

1️⃣ It's a pause, not a pardon — know the catch-up terms before you sign
2️⃣ Call before you're 4 months behind. Waiting kills your options.
3️⃣ Ask for "loss mitigation" by name, not customer service
