Lionel Richie has called this grand Beverly Hills estate home for more than 25 years, purchasing the property in 1999 for about $6 million from luxury designer and fragrance mogul Bijan Pakzad. Today, the historic residence overlooking the Los Angeles Country Club is estimated to be worth between $30 million and $35 million.

Built in 1929, the Italian Renaissance Revival mansion spans roughly 17,000 square feet with around 28 rooms. Richie spent years carefully transforming the aging property while preserving details like its hand-carved ceilings, Portuguese tilework, and fountain courtyard. Inspired by his travels, the interiors incorporate influences from Italy, Morocco, and the Caribbean alongside antiques, artwork, and family photographs collected over decades.

One of the home's most personal spaces is Richie's library, which doubles as a trophy room displaying career milestones including his Grammys and Academy Award. He also maintains a professional recording studio at the estate, making the property both his longtime family home and a creative workspace.

Outside, limestone terraces descend toward a swimming pool and stone pool house, surrounded by mature landscaping, a rose garden, and lawns overlooking the neighboring golf course.

It’s heartbreaking to see how addiction can affect anyone—no matter how famous, successful, talented, or wealthy they may be. 💔

Tiger Woods has accomplished things most people could only dream of, which makes seeing his personal struggles even harder. Fame and money don’t make anyone immune from difficult battles.

Such an incredible talent, and I truly hope he gets whatever help and support he needs to move forward in a healthy direction. 🙏❤️ Praying for Tiger, his family, and for better days ahead.

Addiction can take so much from a person. I hope his story becomes one of healing, recovery, and a powerful comeback. 🙏🐅⛳️
