If your home has a pool without a screen enclosure, your fence needs to have gates that are Self Closing for safety. Pool alarms for windows and doors leading to the pool are acceptable but nothing better than a proper type baby fence to protect the little ones that can't swim.

Many home owners do not realize what a TPR Valve is for on a water heater. Temperature...Pressure...Relief. ESPEC checks these valves at EVERY Home Inspection to make sure they are working. Here is an image of a TPR Valve...looks normal right...wrong! This valve will not open if the need be. Look at the damage a Hydronic Explosion can cause from a water heater. Scary stuff. Who ever thought a bullet lodged into a roof would cause a leak. People are careless with their firearms...they shoot them off to celebrate and the lead has to come down somewhere.

This is a 2 car garage door. Typically there are 2 springs to counter the weight of the door when you pull the release handle/cord. This door would not stay open. Don't know what happened to the other spring.
