Illustrated Properties Real Estate Professional Carol Dubinsky has been doing business in South Florida since 1991. Having begun her Commercial real estate career in Boston, Carol brought to Florida her expertise in commercial real estate, along with a successful background in real estate management, marketing, and sales. Her success contributed to the development of a commercial construction and
development company, where she joined its owners as their vice-president and marketing director. Graduating from the University of Alabama and growing up in the Boston area strengthened Carol’s combined North-South awareness in her early working years in Florida. Her most prized initial position in Florida was with the School District of Palm Beach County, where she acted as Real Estate Acquisition Coordinator. There, she managed the overall acquisition and purchase of land for the entire District, for the building of new schools and for the expansion of existing schools. This was followed by an active real estate career which included the marketing, sale, and leasing of strip centers and shopping centers, and led to her ongoing management and interaction with nationally known corporate tenants. Carol was integral in all construction needs and improvements these commercial properties required, and thrived at finding the best suited professionals to complete the necessary jobs. Carol has also demonstrated a unique ability to unlock pending construction permits and see them through to completion. As a result of her hard work in the Commercial Real Estate industry and dedication to the success of her clients, Carol was awarded the Retail Sale of the Year Award for 2016 by the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches/ Realtors Commercial Alliance. Known for her constant enthusiasm, integrity, solid work ethics, and tenacity, Carol takes great pride in the results and level of service which she delivers to every client.
