This seller got connected to me through a past client of mine (which is still the biggest compliment ever btw). They were needing more space after some life changes, so we did the walkthrough, talked timing, prep, strategy… and then came the part where I always internally panic a little:

✨ pricing the house ✨

I gave them the number the comps supported while mentally preparing myself to be humbled… and instead they basically told me, “Wait… we thought it’d be way less than that.” 😅

Which made me excited.

And also immediately made me feel pressure to perform LOL.

So we got to work.

POV: your Realtor says “we can totally knock out a few showings” and suddenly you’re touring 16 houses in one day across Roanoke 😅🏡

These two were relocating from out of state for Carilion and were on a MAJOR time crunch before residency life officially kicks in. They found me through another Carilion match couple I helped before (which is seriously the biggest compliment ever 🫶).

Sometimes the best clients start with a random phone call ☎️

A CA agent reached out looking for help with her Veteran clients relocating from Hawaii to Roanoke… and after a quick detour, they found their way back to me. We got to work immediately.
