These buyers found me on Facebook, and what a journey this one turned out to be.

They wanted land for their girls to run and play, space to breathe, and a home that felt like an escape from the chaos of everyday life. We looked at plenty of properties, but this one immediately felt different.

Getting here wasn’t without a few curveballs. Financing hit some bumps, but with .mortgage helped save the day. Then a septic surprise introduced us to two of the nicest people you’ll ever meetβ€” , who designed the solution, and Steve Cousins, who made it happen.

This transaction tested everyone involved, but my buyers stayed positive, solutions were found, and together we got it across the finish line.

Now they have the space and peace they were searching for all along. Congratulations, friends. ❀️

Funny how life changes in a year.

I first met these clients at last year when they were a family of three. Fast forward to March 2026, and there was a brand-new baby in the mix, more toys than they knew what to do with, and suddenly the house that once fit just right was feeling a little snug.

The search for more space (and their forever home) was officially on.

After touring a few possibilities, we walked into this one-owner home and it just felt different. Their threenager was already claiming bedrooms for himself and his little sister, we were playing hide-and-seek through the house, and the chickens next door were putting on quite the welcome committee. πŸ”

We submitted a clean offer, everything came together, and now this sweet family gets to make this home their own. The plan? Renovate it, love it, and fill it with memories for decades to come.
