Their teams stopped by the Club to present Boys & Girls Clubs of Southwest Virginia with a generous check, took a tour, and spent time with some of our Club kids. We are so grateful not only for their support but also for the kindness and friendly conversations they shared during their visit.

We are excited and pleased to announce that Andy Mullins and Noah Beckley have joined Waldvogel Commercial Properties, Inc.

Andy joins us as Senior Vice President. He began his real estate career in 2005 after graduation from Emory & Henry University.

Noah, a 2021 graduate of Bridgewater College began his real estate brokerage career in 2023 after first working as a project manager for David Simmons Custom Homes in Charlotte, NC.

This historic 9-story building, dating to circa 1929, is a true part of the Roanoke skyline. The property, containing 43,810 square feet and a 63-space parking lot, sold for $3,250,000.
