Well we certainly needed all that rain in Roanoke 🌧
With sunshine in the forecast, and it's a great time to give your house a quick once-over.

Check for:
✔Gutters doing their job
✔ Water pooling where it shouldn't
✔ Shingles that decided to relocate
✔ Broken tree limbs
✔ Mulch that took a little vacation

Five minutes now can save you a whole lot of headaches(and money) later.

Fun2Know Tip: Water should always move AWAY from your home. If you notice it pooling near your foundation every time it rains, don't keep hoping it'll magically fix itself. That's one of those "little" problems that has a habit of becoming a very expensive one.

I may be a Realtor, but helping homeowners protect their investment isn't just for people buying or selling. Sometimes it's as simple as reminding you to throw on the rain boots and take a lap around the yard.
