After going through the eviction process, we got this property back, cleaned it up, made the necessary repairs, and now it’s ready to go again! 🔑✨

Being a landlord isn’t always the passive-income dream social media makes it look like 😂 Sometimes you deal with the headaches, fix what needs fixing, and keep moving forward.

One chapter closed, and this property is ready for its next one! 💪🏠

We took this one all the way down to the bones. Now it’s time to bring it back to life — new everything and a complete transformation from top to bottom. 🛠️🏡

Everybody says real estate investing is so fun… 😂🏚️💸

Meanwhile, here’s what we’ve got going on right now:

🏠 One property with THREE layers of shingles… with a metal roof on top of all of it 🤦‍♂️🔨

💩 Several properties with FAILED septic systems — because apparently functioning plumbing is asking too much 😂

💧 And just to keep things interesting, another property with a bad well.

Buy houses, they said.
It’ll be fun, they said. 🤣🤣

Some days you’re picking out countertops and collecting rent… other days you’re peeling four roofs off a house and trying to figure out where everybody’s 💩 is supposed to go. 😂

Wouldn’t trade it though! Every problem has a solution… it just usually comes with an invoice. 💸😂

✨ DAY ONE: POST-EVICTION CLEANING — COMPLETE! ✨

Day one is officially in the books, and today was all about the details! 🧽✨ From tackling built-up grime and neglected areas to bringing those small details back to life, made a HUGE difference—and these before & afters speak for themselves!

There’s something so satisfying about seeing years of dirt, buildup, and everyday wear disappear. 🤍

Tomorrow, I’ll wrap up this transformation by giving the floors the attention they deserve—with a full deep clean and sanitation to finish the job from top to bottom. 🧼✨

I tackled the detailed cleaning and finishing touches throughout the home, including bringing the fixtures, fireplace, countertops, and surfaces back to life. 🤍
