Position Title: Marketing & Office Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support the daily operations of our real estate brokerage. This role combines marketing support, front desk responsibilities, and MLS assistance into one fast-paced, people-focused position.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, creative, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities throughout the day. This person will occasionally be the first point of contact for clients and agents, while also helping maintain the marketing and listing systems that keep our office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Office Support
Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative tasksManage conference room schedulesProvide support to agents and leadership as neededKeep track of swag/promotional product inventoryMarketing Responsibilities
Assist in directing company marketing, advertising, and branding strategiesDesign marketing materials including flyers, postcards, email campaigns, and digital graphicsCreate and schedule social media content for agentsMaintain brokerage branding across multiple online platformsUpdate agent websites and social media accounts with current contentMLS & Listing Assistance
Receive & process Earnest Money Deposits from clientsWork within MLS platform to close listings in accordance with Closing Disclosures.Assist with transaction-related administrative support when neededPeriodical Responsibilities (as needed)
Occasional manning of front desk in office lobbyGreet clients, agents, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails

Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasksProficiency with social media platforms and basic graphic design toolsExperience with Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office preferredReal estate or administrative experience is a plusPositive attitude and willingness to be a team playerWhat We’re Looking For

Additional Requirements
This is a non-sales position. The individual in this role may not actively perform licensed real estate activity while employed in this position. The individual may obtain (or retain, if already licensed) their real estate license, if desired, and is allowed to refer clients to other MKB agents and receive referral income.
Schedule & Compensation
This is an in-person, full time position.Work schedule is 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.This position offers a flexible paid time-off and vacation schedule, IRA contribution match percentage after 6 months of employment, and paid monthly volunteer time.This position has a strong potential for growth within the company. There will be opportunities to build and expand the company’s Marketing Department.
