I bring my historic property development and rental management skills to the Waldvogel sales and leasing team. I have managed my own residential rentals since 1999, was a teacher for 15 years and the Wasena Neighborhood Forum President for 8 years. I was a Peace Corps Volunteer in The Philippines and later earned a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree at Virginia Tech. In 2012, I undertook an extensive historic tax credit renovation project downtown and plan to help other investors do the same.
