We received a ton of guest suggestions for our Kissimmee FL Airbnb and we are working on implementing them! We have not only added a new commercial grade hvac system, we have added new furniture, bigger smart tvs, added a nice coffee bar, had the whole villa pressure washed and painted and now the kitchen has been refreshed with painted cabinets and new hardware! First pic is before all painting and rest is after. We also added a nicer washer and dryer and will be replacing all kitchen appliances! We appreciate all your feedback and we are making this a great place to make awesome memories with you and your family and be a great home away from home!

We just closed today on selling another one of our investment properties thanks to Alyshia Merchant! She got all 3 of these sold in about 4 months from listing them all. If you’re looking for a great realtor make sure to check her out! Time to find some more flips!

Our Florida airbnb is located in a beautiful gated community away from all the traffic of Kissimmee and Orlando! There is also a community club house that only people who lives there or visiting can go too. It offers a pool, hot tub, basketball and volleyball court by the pond also an bridge crossing where you can relax, 2 grilling areas with picnic tables, a game room, gym, 2 play grounds and a movie theater! We just got pics in that our Kissimmee FL Airbnb is done with its paint. Went from an ugly yellow to a more modern gray! We will be working on replacing the rest of the furniture and have it listed back on Airbnb starting Aug! 4 bed 4 full bath with a heated pool and whirlpool bath in a gated quiet community.

We are working on updates to our FL Airbnb this week! First we had a hospital grade hvac unit installed that not only cools awesome but has a feature where it runs a cycle to clean and sanitize the air. Today we have new furniture thats being delivered! All rooms have had new mattresses put in this week. Next will be a complete refresh coming up with all new paint. All this to make sure you can have the most comfortable and enjoyable stay possible!

Just a few pics! We are working on doing some updates to our Airbnb in Kissimmee FL. Keep an out soon it will be listed back on Airbnb and other sites. It’s also on furnished finders if you need something a little longer. 4 bed, 4 bath, heated pool and whirlpool bath in a gated community with a 24hr guard shack! Also has a community club house with a gym, theatre, game room and more. In a quiet part of the county. If you like a loud party community this is not the one for you.
